As a business consultant, I provide management consulting to help small to medium companies improve performance and efficiency. I do this by analyzing your business and working with you to create solutions for any problems and plans to achieve those solutions. We will do this in 3 steps.
Discovery - The first step is the discovery phase, where the goal is to learn about your business. I will be taking the time to learn as much as possible about your business from the owner and employees, and the details of your company mission and current operations.
Evaluation Once I have developed an in-depth understanding of your company, We enter the evaluation phase. Examining established problems and identifying new problems. Find solutions and identify and outline ways to capitalize on opportunities to grow the business, increase profits, and boost efficiency.
Implementation - Once we decide on the plan and enter phase 3: the restructuring stage, or implementation of the plan. In this phase, we build on your assets and eliminate liabilities. I will also monitor the plan’s progress and adjust it as needed.
